The ARM Cash Direct® pricing program is designed to provide producers with a means to increase revenue per acre while reducing the stress of making marketing decisions. ARM Cash Direct® utilizes all types of cash forward contracts such as (but not limited to) futures only, basis open, basis only. These and other cash contracts are employed at different times to achieve a marketing result in the best interest of the Allendale client without incurring margin calls. Allendale Scale-up Futures Program
The Scale up futures program is designed for consistent sales from year to year. Recommendations are made on our hedge page of our daily research "Allendale Advisory Report." This program generates a flat revenue curve regardless of market volatility and has the advantages of storage returns. Although the revenue is protected from adverse market moves, the delivery and basis is kept open so the producer can ship to the best cash market at the time of delivery.
Allendale Risk Management (ARM) Program
A.R.M. locks in a base revenue per acre - therefore, the profit margins are less affected by a yield loss. A.R.M. protects from lower yields or a decline in revenue with crop insurance. Our marketing program benefits from volatile market swings. Thus, revenue can exceed expectations in years when yields decline or rise, or when prices decline or rise. The result is a known base revenue curve that can get better - a real plus when planning for the year ahead. This program has the advantage of improved revenue during market rallies and the gains of storage returns. Allendale Non-Traditional Option Program
This program utilizes seasonality and volatility to establish positions that lock in a price level or a parameter of prices that establish revenue protection. This program includes positions like a revenue Box, Premium Enhancer, Premium Enhancer+, and the Allendale 3-way Option position. This program has the advantages of storage returns. Although the revenue is protected from adverse market moves, the revenue can improve if the market rallies. Delivery and basis is kept open so the producer can ship to the best cash market at the time of delivery.
