For the week ending September 10, USDA reported corn export sales for the 2009 - 10 marketing year at 38.0 million bushels. This was above pre-report estimates by the trade of 21.7 million bushels to 29.5 million. Weekly export sales were over the amount needed for the week of 33.4 million bushels, early in the new marketing year to reach the USDA target of 2.2 billion bushels.
