Alarming is the immediate reaction when USDA's most recent supply and demand report suggests that 2009 - 10's days supply of corn continues to slide to its lowest level during this decade. With USDA cutting the new crop corn yield by two bushels per acre, the US now has a projected 32 day supply of corn after all demand is met.
