If you are an Allendale Brokerage Customer, you can start using Market Center Direct today! Click here for download and installation instructions.
Step 1 - Authorization Agreement
Download the PDF Authorization Agreement, print, sign and fax it to Allendale. You will then be sent a valid User Name and Online PIN number. If you are awaiting a demo User Name and Online PIN, you do not need to complete the Authorization Agreement at this time.

Step 2 - Download Market Center Direct

Step 3 - Install MCD on your computer
Once downloaded, double-click the setup.exe file on your desktop and click "Yes" here:
Step 4 - Enter the Password
Enter the password "buylowsellhigh" to extract the file.
Step 5 - Read and accept the agreement
Read the agreement and click "Accept" if you wish to agree.
Step 6 - Destination directory
Choose your destination directory or click "Next" to accept the default directory
Step 7 - Start Menu Program Group
Click "Next" to create the Start Menu Program Group
Step 8 - Start the installation
Click Next to start the Installation of Market Center Direct.
Step 8 - Exit setup and start using MCD!
Click on Finish to exit setup and start using Market Center Direct.
Step 9 - Start MCD and log in
Double Click on the Market Center Direct Icon to start the Program. Enter your User Name*, Online PIN*, Trading Account Number, and your Branch Office Number. After the initial setup, you will only be asked to enter your Online PIN each time you access Market Center Direct.
* Remember, you won't receive a valid User Name and Online PIN number if Allendale does not receive a signed copy of the Market Center Direct Online Service Agreement.
